In the Heavenly Body System fitness program, Christian women are challenged to change themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. The program consists of a series of ten very simply aerobic exercise routines that can be done at home in the bedroom, living room, or in a community setting such as a church gathering or social group meeting. The program was designed to be easy to do and not overly strenuous so that anyone can participate. Each set of exercises is followed by a stretching routine, and then a passage from the Holy Bible that calls to mind total health and healing.
FOR INSTANCE:
 | SHOULDER PRESS
Begin with your arms extended beside your shoulders, parallel to the floor. |
 | Slowly extend your arms upwards so that they are vertical and hold the barbells up in the air for a moment before bringing them back down slowly. Repeat ten times. |
 | Stretch the arm out by bringing it across your neck and holding it in place for about ten seconds. |
 | Repeat the stretch with the opposite arm and hold for about ten seconds.
Repeat the entire cycle of exercises and stretches three times |
Recite and meditate on the passage:
"From the fruit of my lips I will be filled with good things, as surely as the work of my hands rewards me."
